Reformer Pilates throughout Denmark — find your nearest Energii center
Energii has made Reformer Pilates available nationwide. With over 30 centers—and more on the way—we are Denmark’s largest Reformer Pilates brand. You can work out in the capital, in provincial towns, and in smaller market towns, and your membership is valid at all locations. One membership. The whole country. No extra fees for working out at a different center when you’re on the go.
It makes a difference. Reformer Pilates has long been limited to small studios in major cities—with waiting lists, high prices, and limited access. We’ve built a network that lets you train where you live and continue your training when you travel. That’s the infrastructure true progress requires.
Reformer Pilates in Copenhagen and the Greater Copenhagen Area
The capital is full of Energii centers. In Copenhagen, we cover, among other areas, Østerbro, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Valby, Frederiksberg, Amager and downtown. No matter where you live in the metropolitan area, it’s usually less than 15 minutes to your nearest Energii. In the surrounding area, you’ll also find us in Rødovre, Hillerød and further out toward Roskilde and Køge. Each center has its own class schedule and its own team of instructors—but delivers the same high standard that is the foundation of Energii.
Reformer Pilates in Aarhus and the rest of Jutland
Energii has arrived in Jutland. Our new center in Skejby, Aarhus, is our first location in western Denmark—the same equipment, the same progression, and the same strong teams as in the rest of the country. It’s Jutland’s home for reformers. Train strength, control, and progression at a level you won’t find anywhere else in the city. And this is just the beginning—more centers in Jutland are on the way.

Reformer Pilates on Zealand
On Zealand—in addition to the Copenhagen metropolitan area—we have centers in Roskilde, Køge and Hillerød. This means that the vast majority of commuter towns and regional hubs have an Energii within a short distance.

The most important thing about an Energii membership is that the experience is consistent. When you walk into an Energii center—whether it’s in Østerbro, Aarhus, or Odense—you’ll find the same trainers, the same level of instruction, and the same program structure. You can start your journey at one center and continue at another without losing momentum. That’s the difference between a brand and a collection of similar-looking gyms.
Each center offers classes for all levels — from Classic Reformer and Essence Pilates for beginners to Signature Reformer, Bungee Fly and high-intensity classes such as Combat and Box It. You can supplement your Reformer training with Barre, TRX, Circuit, Yin Yoga and Mobility & Stretch — all included in your membership.
