Hvad får en reformer instruktør i løn?

Lønnen som reformer-instruktør varierer afhængigt af erfaring, antal hold og ansættelsesform. Hos Energii får instruktører en konkurrencedygtig timebaseret løn, og med 25+ centre er der altid mulighed for at øge antal hold. Mange af vores instruktører underviser 8-15 hold om ugen.

Hvad er forskellen mellem pilates og reformer?

Klassisk pilates (matwork) udføres på en måtte med kroppens egen vægt. Reformer-træning bruger en specialdesignet maskine med justerbare fjedre, der giver modstand og støtte — det muliggør over 600 øvelser og en langt mere varieret og intensiv træning. Hos Energii har vi taget reformeren endnu videre med The Ultimate Workout, der kombinerer styrke, tempo og musik.

Skal jeg have erfaring for at søge ind?

Du skal have gennemført minimum 20 Reformer-hold hos Energii. Vi kræver ikke tidligere undervisningserfaring, men du skal brænde for træningen og have vilje til at lære. Vores uddannelse klæder dig på fra bunden.

Hvor lang tid tager uddannelsen?

Reformer Instructor Certificate er et intensivt forløb på 40 timer fordelt over undervisning, selvtræning og eksamen. Den typiske varighed er 11 undervisningsdage à 3-4 timer plus selvstudium og praktisk øvelse.

Får jeg job efter uddannelsen?

Energii har 30+ centre med løbende behov for nye instruktører. Certificerede instruktører kobles direkte til ledige stillinger via vores jobmatch-program. De fleste kommer i gang med undervisning inden for få uger efter certificering.

Kan jeg tage uddannelsen i Jylland?

Ja, vores uddannelsesforløb afholdes i både København og Århus.

Reformer Foundation Certificate

Your ticket to Energii. You’ll learn the fundamental principles of movement and instruction, gain a solid understanding of anatomy and exercise technique, and go from enthusiast to certified instructor. The course combines theory and practice, supported by a detailed instruction manual.

Energiis Reformer Foundation Certificate koster 7 999 kr. Det inkluderer al undervisning, undervisningsmanual, eksamen og adgang til instruktørportalen. Til sammenligning koster tilsvarende uddannelser hos andre udbydere mellem 9.000 og 12.000 kr.

The salary for a Reformer instructor varies depending on experience, the number of classes, and the type of employment. At Energii, instructors receive a competitive hourly wage, and with over 25 centers, there’s always the opportunity to increase the number of classes. Many of our instructors teach 8–15 classes per week.

Classic Pilates (matwork) is performed on a mat using your own body weight. Reformer training uses a specially designed machine with adjustable springs that provide resistance and support—this allows for over 600 exercises and a much more varied and intense workout. At Energii, we’ve taken the Reformer even further with The Ultimate Workout, which combines strength, tempo, and music.

You must have completed at least 20 Reformer classes at Energii. We do not require prior teaching experience, but you must be passionate about the workouts and eager to learn. Our training program will equip you with everything you need from the ground up.

The Reformer Instructor Certificate is an intensive 40-hour program consisting of classroom instruction, self-study, and an exam. The typical duration is 11 instructional days of 3–4 hours each, plus self-study and practical exercises.

Energii has over 30 centers with an ongoing need for new instructors. Certified instructors are matched directly with open positions through our job-matching program. Most begin teaching within a few weeks of certification.
