What is Heat It Up Bungee Fly?

Bungee Fly is a unique group workout where you exercise while wearing a bungee harness. It’s easy on your joints and lets you work out at full intensity. It’s unlike anything else. And you’ll feel it afterward.

What happens during the class?

During a Bungee Fly session, we focus on:

  • Cardio intervals — jumping, running, and dynamic movements in the harness
  • Strength training — work all muscle groups
  • Coordination and control — the harness challenges your body control
  • Necessary breaks — the class is structured so you can maintain the intensity

You work your entire body. Your metabolism and heart rate reach their peak without putting a strain on your joints.

Bungee Fly is perfect for you if:

Important: The maximum weight for participation is 95 kg.

Answers to the questions you most often have about this class.

Yes. The harness is CE-certified, and the instructor goes over safety and technique before the class begins.
Loose clothing can get caught in the harness. Tight-fitting clothing provides the best experience and safety.
Yes, especially the first 2–3 times, you’ll feel soreness both in your muscles and at the harness’s contact points. This is normal and will go away.
Bungee Fly is available as an event in Greve and Holte. Check our schedule for upcoming dates.
Yes, you’re required to wear non-slip socks and gloves for all our classes—they ensure a secure grip on the Reformer and are required for hygiene reasons. If you don’t have a set, you can purchase them at the center so you can always get started, no matter what.
Comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes are ideal—loose clothing can get caught in the Reformer’s moving parts. Remember to bring grip socks and gloves (available for purchase at the center). No special shoes are required—Reformer Pilates is done in socks.
