Reformer Pilates at Energii isn’t just about wellness. It’s a workout. We use the Reformer as the tool it is—providing resistance, control, and progression in every single movement. Each class is designed to make you stronger, more flexible, and more aware of how your body works. Whether it’s your first time on a Reformer or you’ve been training for years, there’s a class level that’s right for you.
Classes for all skill levels — and all goals
Our program goes beyond the classic Reformer. Classic Reformer and Signature Reformer are at the heart of Pilates training. Essence Pilates is a gentle introductory class for beginners. Barre targets the legs, glutes, and posture. TRX, Circuit, and Stram Up provide full-body strength training. Combat, Box It, and Cardio’robic get your heart rate up. Bungee Fly is low-impact training with a high fun factor. And Yin Yoga, Mobility & Stretch, and Meditation & Stretch keep your body flexible between intense sessions.
Each class is labeled with its level and intensity, so you can choose based on where you are—not where you hope to be.
