Hvad er Heat It Up®?

Heat It Up® er reformer pilates i en sal opvarmet til præcis 30 grader med infravarme. Den ekstra varme åbner musklerne og giver dybere stræk, bedre kredsløb og en dybt afstressende oplevelse. Ja – reformer pilates hos Energii Helsingør er for alle niveauer. Har du aldrig prøvet reformer pilates, er Helsingør et fantastisk sted at starte: med 30 pladser er der altid god energi på holdet, og instruktøren vejleder dig igennem fra allerførste øvelse.

Hvad skal jeg medbringe?

Gribehandsker og Sox (skridsikre pilates-strømper). Det er et krav på alle Energii-hold — du får ikke adgang uden. Du kan købe dem i centeret eller medbringe dine egne. Derudover træningstøj og vandflaske.

Er der hold for begyndere?

Ja. Vi anbefaler Classic Reformer Pilates til nybegyndere. Du lærer grundteknikken og opsætningen af reformeren, før du går videre til mere avancerede hold.

Kan jeg prøve det først?

You can also work on strength and conditioning in the heat.

Heat It Up® is Reformer Pilates in a studio heated to exactly 30 degrees using infrared heat. The extra heat loosens up the muscles, allowing for deeper stretches, improved circulation, and a deeply relaxing experience. Many of our Helsingør members use it as a weekly reset from the hustle and bustle of everyday life—and it works.

Yes—Reformer Pilates at Energii Helsingør is suitable for all skill levels. If you’ve never tried Reformer Pilates before, Helsingør is a great place to start: with 30 spots available, there’s always a great vibe in the class, and the instructor will guide you through every exercise from the very beginning.

Grip gloves and Sox (non-slip Pilates socks). These are required for all Energii classes—you won’t be allowed in without them. You can buy them at the center or bring your own. You’ll also need workout clothes and a water bottle.

Yes. We recommend Classic Reformer Pilates for beginners. You’ll learn the basic techniques and how to set up the Reformer before moving on to more advanced classes.
