Reformer Training – Smart Full-Body Workouts
Reformer training is for those who want to strengthen their bodies, improve their posture, and achieve greater flexibility and balance—in a gentle and effective way.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, Reformer training allows you to work your entire body every time you exercise. With a focus on functional strength, stability, and body awareness, it's a form of exercise that supports both your physical and mental health.
What is a Reformer?
A Reformer consists of a sliding carriage, adjustable springs, straps, and a footbar. Resistance is created through a combination of your own body weight and the springs, allowing you to customize your workouts—regardless of your fitness level.
Reformer training challenges and develops your:
- Strength
- Agility
- Balance
- Coordination
- Concentration
It is a dynamic form of exercise that supports rehabilitation, helps prevent injuries, and gives you a stronger, more functional body.
Our experienced instructors will guide you safely through each exercise, focusing on technique and proper form, so you get the most out of your workout—every time.
What is Reformer Pilates training?
Reformer training, also known as Reformer Pilates, is a combination of strength, balance, and flexibility. You train on your own Reformer machine and are always guided by a certified instructor.
Both Superman and Grandma can join a Reformer Pilates class, as the instructor can adjust the intensity using the 5 resistance springs on the Reformer.
Each class lasts 50 minutes and consists of a warm-up, a full-body workout, and always ends with a nice stretch.
In the studio, you must always wear Toe Sox and workout gloves, as this helps ensure that your workout is both safe and hygienic.
You are always welcome to bring your own, and you can also purchase Toe Sox, gloves, water, and more at our front desk.

Mother/Baby Reforms
Mom & Baby Reformer is a targeted workout for pregnant women and new moms—focused on the pelvic floor, core, back, and posture. Gentle. Structured. Effective. And your baby is welcome on the mat.
What should I keep in mind?
We always wear gloves and Toe Sox in all Reformer classes. Toe Sox are specially designed socks with non-slip pads under the sole and on each toe. They prevent you from slipping while performing exercises and moving around on the Reformer. The gloves also ensure that you have a better and more secure grip during your workout.
Toe socks, gloves, and water are available for purchase at all our centers.
