About personal training
During a personal training in the Reformer, we can target and adapt the training to your level, strengthen your body and you can specifically train your arms, legs, thighs or stomach, for example. Do you have injuries – e.g. in the hip, knee or back, the Reformer is also a fantastic tool that can be used effectively and gently for rehabilitation. If you train with your own private instructor, the results will be achieved even faster. You will be constantly corrected and guided through the tailored program.
