Our new center is bright and attractive with large windows in both halls.

There is room for 20 participants in each class, and you are always guided by a trained instructor from Team energii.

You can also train our various effective training concepts in the Heat It Up® gym.

We have both changing room and an option to take a Quick Shower after training.

There is plenty of parking right outside the center and the train station is close by.

We are located next to Nettolager - follow the signs around the building.

Free parking options right outside the centre, and only an eight-minute walk to Hillerød St. .
