We are looking for a high caliber Country Manager to lead this charge.

The Role

As Country Manager for Sweden, you will be the architect of our Swedish success story. You will have full P&L responsibility and a mandate to transform our current footprint into a nationwide market leading position. This is a role for an executive who thrives on growth, velocity and the challenge of building a lifestyle brand that people do not just join, they belong to.

Key Responsibilities

• High Velocity Expansion: Lead our massive 2026 rollout. You will be responsible for scouting prime locations, negotiating high stakes real estate deals and ensuring every new studio opening is an event that captures the market’s attention.
• Strategic Commercial Partnerships: Energii lives at the intersection of fitness and lifestyle. You will cultivate and drive exclusive partnerships with premium local brands within fashion, tech, beauty and wellness to position Energii as the ultimate urban destination.
• Operational and Financial Mastery: Own the Swedish P&L. You will optimize operations across all sites to ensure profitability while maintaining the premium member experience that 20,000 people already love.
• Building a High Performance Team: Recruit and lead a world class team of Studio Managers and instructors. You will instill the Energii DNA into the Swedish organization, ensuring our culture remains our greatest competitive advantage.

• A Proven Scaler: You have a track record of scaling multi site businesses within retail, hospitality or boutique fitness and are comfortable managing the complexities of rapid growth.
