The role
As Brand Activation Manager you will be responsible for building and executing collaborations with external lifestyle brands, creating unique member experiences and driving commercial value for Energii and our partners. You will work closely with management, marketing and studio teams to ensure activations are seamlessly integrated into the Energii brand and member journey.
Your key responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate and establish brand partnerships (e.g. drinks, nutrition, apparel) where partners pay for distribution, exposure and activation in Energii studios
- Design and execute activation concepts such as product launches, in-studio sampling, co-branded campaigns and digital integrations
- Plan and deliver internal and external community events to strengthen the Energii culture and attract new members
- Secure sponsorships and partnership revenues that support Energii’s growth strategy
- Build strong relationships with partners and ensure professional follow-up, reporting and evaluation
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience from partnerships, event management, brand activation or similar
- Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to close deals and deliver ROI for partners
- Creative and hands-on approach to developing engaging events and activations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Scandinavian language is a plus)
- Structured, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for health, fitness and lifestyle
